Rana Adnan Ahmed is one of the famous physics teachers of Hyderabad. 50 years old, Rana is an unsung personality of Hyderabad who rendering his services in almost every well-known institute of Hyderabad.

From a young age, Rana showing his interest in physics but he never gets a proper physics teacher who can understand Rana’s questions. So, at an early age, Rana decided to do a bachelor's in physics. He did his bachelor's in physics from Karachi University. Later then he also has done his masters in physics from Dawood University.

After doing a master's in physics, He decides to become a physics teacher because he says, ” My connection with physics subject is very different, I understand the concepts and they amaze me so much”. He was always fond of teaching. So, he applied for a physics teacher in Foundation Public School (FPS) which is Hyderabad’s best school and just because of his extraordinary knowledge in physics, He got selected in his first attempt.

The teaching style of Rana Adnan is quite unique and different and his personality also impresses the students. His way of teaching also impresses his students. His lecture delivery style is extraordinary with confidence along with the way he gives the examples by using himself totally amazed and motivate the students.

Rana Adnan getting the attention of other schools and colleges but he remains loyal and continues his services in Foundation Public School (FPS). Rana Adnan joins International Testing Services (ITS) which is Hyderabad’s well-known coaching and entry test institute. Because of his passion, Rana Adnan getting lots of teaching offers from different institutes and he manages to teach and give time equally in all the institutes.

He renders his services as a physics teacher in almost every well-known entry test institute of Hyderabad like ITS, Students Inn, Leaders Academy, TABS, etc. Some of the institutes just got hyped just because of him. 7 out of 10 students got admission in their desired universities because of his teaching skills. Rana Adnan got offer from Bay view college Karachi for teaching physics but he refused to leave his hometown and to betray the institutes he was already tutoring.

Rana Adnan has also worked as a social worker. He offered financial support to his brilliant students who can’t afford to continue their studies. He is also known as a career counselor. Rana Adnan is the known name behind curricular activities like Model United Nations (MUNS), Conferences, Concerts, etc. recently, He just arranged a reunion for the students of 1999 to 2019 batches, in which he provided a chance to the students to meet with their old mates and their teachers. Dr capt. (r) Madad Ali Khan KaimKhani a renowned personality, a doctor and a social activist at Digri, district Mirpurkhas Sindh. He has received his MBBS degree from the institute that is now known as Liaquat University of Medical Health and Sciences at Jamshoro Sindh, (At that time it was not university). .

The early life of Madad Ali Khan KaimKhani was obviously not easy for him to achieve his goals as he dreamt to be a doctor in Army to serve for his country. He was born in Dehli, India in 1942 but his father then migrated to Pakistan at the time of separation along with his family, because he wanted to discern his only son to serve for his own land as being an Army Doctor, and so he did.
When he migrated to Pakistan he started his studies at P-Pilot Boys high School Digri. He went to Hyderabad for intermediate studies where he was the one who has been secured top grades in whole province from Public School Hyderabad. After college he went back to his home to prepare his self for the entry test of Medical Universities, but he wanted to get admission in Liaquat University of Medical Health and Sciences because it was the best medical institute and it was very much difficult to get admission in that university on merit. But he secured the best score in the test and selected on merit base. From the very young age he started giving tuitions so that he could bear his expenses because his father was not well off to pay for his expensive studies and he didn’t want take
After completion of MBBS he has got selection in army as a Doctor, His father desperately wanted him to go and to offer his services to the ones who were really in need of Doctors at that time. The soldiers who were fighting for the sake of Pakistan’s safety.  That was the time of 1971 war when he served as a doctor captain. He contributed in the war as a dr (capt) with complete dedication as he is a pure patriot.
After the war ended up, he came back to his home and get retired from army. Not because he had reached to the age of retirement but because his father was died and he had to leave Army to take care of his mother by his self.
As being a kind, humble, generous and honest person he had always been the one who took care of his needy neighbors, educate the kids who belonged from lower class families who were not in the condition to pay their fees for education. He has admitted some poor kids in school and took their education fee responsibilities. Because he believes that
“The root cause of the destructive nation, is always the nation without education”
In the very young age of 30 years he constructed a hospital on his own. The very first hospital of Digri. He constructed that hospital by selling a land which was allotted to him by his father. The hospital was that time consisted of 100 beds named as Mehran Hospital where he has treated, many of people for free, who couldn’t afford the expensive treatments from other hospitals.
The hospital is now running by his two of the sons Dr Sajid khan KaimKhani and Dr Zahid Khan KaimKhani. Because he has now reached to the age of 70 and not able to treat patients, but his patients still comes to meet him to take his opinions and to take his prescribed medicines.
Dr Madad Ali Khan has recently been the Chairman Pakistan KaimKhani Education Trust and President KaimKhani Housing Society.
I haven’t ever seen, such a piety and generous person like Dr. Madad Ali Khan Kaimkhani.

He has achieved his MBBS degree from Liaquat University of Medical Health and Sciences at Jamshoro Sindh, Pakistan (At that time it was not university). He further joined Army and served as a Doctor (Capt) in 1971 War. He has been the Regional in-charge (Mirpurkhas Sindh) of Ex Servicemen Association and Welfare (write correct name of association.
The Early life of Madad ali khan KaimKhani was obviously not easy for him to achieve his goals as he dreamt to be a doctor to serve for his country. He was born in India but his father then migrated to Pakistan at the time of separation along with his family, because he wanted to discern his only son to serve for his own land as being a Doctor, and so he did. He completed his Matriculation exams with top grades in his Disrict. After college he went back to his home to prepare his self for the entry test of Medical Universities, But he wanted to get admission in Liaquat Medical ???? because it was the only University which was nearest to his home at that time. He didn’t want to go far away from his home because he was the only son of his parents and so he wasn’t intended to leave his parents alone for long time purpose. And so he got admission where we wanted to get, as he secured the best score in the test as well and selected on merit base.
After completion of MBBS he has got selection in army as a Doctor, although he didn’t want to go without family but the purpose was his country, now this was the question about his country and his father desperately wanted him to go and to offer his services to the ones who were really in need of Doctors at that time. In the mean time he raised his 11 children so well and gave them the optimal yet the unrivalled education.

Javed Larik was offered to teach at Leeds University, London as a professor and they were offering him a handsome amount of money and a green card visa but he refused to do so he said, “I would like to render my services to my motherland instead of England”. He sacrificed his career, money and wealth for his nation. 

Javed Larik was born in a middle-class family with high-class dreams and goals. His father was a horse rider in police and his mother was headmistress, they had really limited resources. He always wanted to get a good education but his parents were incapable of doing so. Instead of giving up in these circumstances he decided to work hard and achieve his goal. “In my childhood, instead of playing with other kids I’ve worked hard to earn money for my education”.

He started earning by binding books and papers, he earned 90 rupees for the first time. He was in 9th class when he started giving home tuitions, he had 8 students at that time and started earning 400 rupees per month. He also worked at a tailor’s shop, he used to make paper bags too, and also worked at a general store, along with that he also continued his studies in a government school at Bhitshah. This is how he paid for his own education.

In 1992 he got admission to Mehran University and in 1993 he got a government job as a primary school teacher. In 1995 he completed his bachelor of art. In 1997 he completed his masters in Sindhi major. In 1998 he officially graduated from Mehran University as an engineer.

He gave 2 attempts for Central Superior Service (CSS) but unfortunately failed both of them. He correspondingly attempted PCS and conceded it but there was a case going on it so he did not get the job, the case is still going on.

In 2001 he got a job at Mehran University as a lecturer. In 2002 he applied for masters but couldn’t complete it. Then he attempted GRE and got a scholarship at Leeds University, England for Ph.D. He was there for 5 years, after completing his Ph.D. Then his life took a huge turn.

He came back to Pakistan and continued teaching at Mehran University as a professor of mechanics and project management. He also runs several institutions of NAVTECH which have certified programs for engineering and its related courses. He also works in the office of Research and Innovation at Mehran University. He has achieved many rewards regarding his teaching. He’s also good speaker and career counselor. He has received awards in speaking.

“I don’t want any child to suffer like me, I don’t want anyone to go through hell the way I did”. He built an evening school in Bhitshah for those kids who do labor in the morning to earn their livelihood and are unable to get a good education. He is giving free education to them. He also donates thousands of books every month to poor kids who can’t afford it. He visits rural areas almost after every two or three months and give free education sessions and aware people over there, about the importance of education and provoke them to let their children study.

He is giving free tuition services in his own house in the evening to all the penurious ones “I will do as much as I can, to educate my country, until my last breath”. Not only Mr. Larik himself but his whole family including his son, daughter and his wife helps him with this. “This is the only legacy I have, I want my children to walk on my footsteps and try to educate as many children of Pakistan as they can after me”. More than 25 students come to his house daily for free tuition.

He believes that: “One person is also enough to bring a change in the society”.

                                This Road Also have few of the most -important and famous buildings of Hyderabad i.e Shahbaz Building, State life BuIlding and registerar office .It has the first Nationa Cricket Stadium of Hyderabad Niaz Stadium and the frist and only Fsmily amusement Park Rani BAgh .
              This road is Divided into  three branches one of which link to wadwah Road to easily excess the Higway the other link to G.O.R colony , latiafabad and third one is links to Giddu Chowk . it has a flyower who took to the Giddu Chowk who were Established in 2011.The on side of this road is Defence are and the other side of this road panwar Goth .  There are accidents on every other day due to lack of Speed breaker because this road is very smooth and fast everyone in in hurry.
In short this is the beautiful and peaceful road  having loads of amazing and famous buildings of Hyderabad.

 If you want to hit the goal or conquer your dreams so you have to work hard and dedication towards your goal until you get success. Shamim Murtaza is the perfect example for this quotation who’s aim was to serve the nation by being a commissioned officer. He always believe in hard work and remain loyal to his goal. He knows that without struggle and hardships no one can achieve success. Hence he always remained loyal to his goal. 

He belongs to a very poor family and being a son he has to support them so he started part time jobs by giving home tuitions. It becomes hard for him to manage his studies for civil services but he is one of that firm personalities who never give up. Hence he balanced the both things and continued his struggle in life for success. He was too much passionate about his goal whenever he feels down or low , his strong intentions always high his moral and his goal and believe in himself remind him that the success requires sacrifices, seriousness and struggle. He think of those who wants to see him successful so he always remain sincere towards his ambition and these things gave sparks to his motivation. He stands on a quote that “dreams are just dreams without goals” so day by day he worked effectively more and more.

Later he  worked out on his goal and started preparation for civil services deeply. He was facing a lot of troubles and problems but the major one was that he was at his own , he has no support of anyone , no one was there to motivate or to believe him that he will conquer it even his own family was not in fever of CSS because being a poor background they never have a big dream that their family person will be the officer so they always told him to leave studies and do labour or livelihood. One of his friend told him about that he was as much poor that even he can’t have the money to use local transport so he walked kilometres for hours and hours for study at centre. But he never let these suspiciousness, negative thoughts and demotivation overcomes on him and make him weak to face these hardships to stop him from getting success. Here it was that time of his life where developed the qualities which helped him like he became self sufficient and self motivated person.

Later he first time appeared in the exams of CSS in year of 1999 and got good marks and passed all the subjects in a very good ratio except Islamiyaat where he just remain from 5 marks so unfortunately he didn’t selected, hence even this failure can’t stop him and he never loose his hope and his motivation, he again worked hard and corrected his few mistakes. After it he again hopefully appeared in the exams of PCS in the year of 2000. Finally this time his hard work, struggle and strong intentions  paid him back as it always do. Hence after facing a lot of difficulties he achieved his goal by his own in the age of 26 and become assistant Commissioner of 17th grade in Inland revenue service(IRS). An ordinary boy finally hit the top a guy from zero to hero conquered the destiny. His first posting was at Bahawalpur district and he worked as a section officer in government of Sindh and currently posted in Hyderabad district and now working as a head officer at IRS main office situated at Thandi sarak and serving the nation honestly and proudly. Now he is in 19th grade. He is one of the most respected, well known and educated persons of the society , but not for his post that he is an bureaucrat but because of his behaviour which contains honesty, humbleness and helping hand. Still he helps a lot of them who is struggling like him in life by providing them free education and he has given a lot of lectures on career counselling and under his teachings many of students have passed different commissions and he is still teaching students for CSS and other commissions.

When he was first time failed in CSS because of Islamiyaat so he worked much on it which helps him in his faith , he also teaches Islamic subjects and gives good guideline and tells others a right path. Once he told me a big thought or message that “ sins take less time to be done and are very joyful but their payback last for a long time and are tough". That thing which is newsworthy about him is not his post or he is an additional Commissioner but the thing which attracts other or make him unique is his personality his attitude towards others or behaviour towards those hardships he faced in getting success , even today being an officer he never make himself arrogant. While  interviewing Mr Shamim told that “a common man doesn’t matter from where he belongs to whether he is a beggar or a king has a worth and is a very worth full person he further tells that see for you Allah has created your father as a source and now see “for only your creation he brought your ancestors into the world” so never ever underestimate yourself just believe in yourself that you can do everything, be fearless and know the thing in which you are best and further make yourself best by hard work ”. Also On getting success he narrated a quote that “success is not by colour, caste , creed and neither depends upon on your social status but it is by you by your Hard work by your pure intentions and by your sincerity toward your goal”.

“Man get what he strives for”. If you want to hit the goal or conquer your dreams so you have to workhard and dedication towards your goal until you get success. Shamim Murtaza is the perfect example for this quotation who’s aim was to serve the nation by being a commissioned officer. He always believe in hardwork and remain loyal to his goal. He knows that without struggle and hardwork no one can achieve success. Hence he always remained loyal to his goal.He belongs to a very poor family and being a son he has to support them so he started partime jobs by giving home tutions. It becomes hard for him to manage his studies for civil services but he is one of that firm personalities who never give ups hence he balanced the both things and continued his struggle in life for success. He was too much passionate about his goal whenever he feels down or low , his strong intentions always high his moral and his goal and believe in himself remind him that the success requires sacrifices, hardwork and struggle. He think of those who wants to see him successful so he always remain sincere towards his goal and these things gave sparks to his motivation. He stands on a quote that “dreams are just dreams without goals” so day by day he work hard more and more.

Shamim Murtaza  was born in 1974 in Hyderabad Sindh. He got his early education from Hyderabad in government comprehensive school latifabad later he passed out his Fsc from  government degree college latifabad Hyderabad. He is counted in the best students of college not only in academics but also of his respective behaviour. He done his bachelors in art from sindh university jn department  of international relation then Msc in IR from Quaid-e-azam university islamabad started work out on his goal and started preparation for civil services deeply. One of his friend told him about that he was as much poor that even he can’t have the money to use local transport so he walked kilometres for hours and hours for study at centre but he never overcomes these hardships to stop him from getting success. Later, he first time appeared in the exams of CSS in year of 1999 and got good marks but unfortunately he didn’t selected, hence even this failure can’t stop him and never loose his hope and motivation, he again worked hard and corrected his few mistakes, later he again hopefully appeared in the exams of PCS in the year of 2000. Finally his hardwork, struggle and strong intentions  pays him back as it always do. Hence after a lot of struggle, hardwork and by facing many difficulties he achieved his goal and in the age of 26 become assistant Commissioner of 17th grade in inland revenue service. His first posting was at bhawalpur district and worked as section officer in government of Sindh and currently posted in hyderabad district and serving the nation honestly and proudly. Now he is in 19th grade. Still he helps a lot of them who is struggling like him in life by providing them free education and he has given a lot of lectures on career counselling.              معاشرے میں مردوں کی بے وفا ئی کے قصے تو عا م ہیں۔لیکن اس با ر با ت عو رت کی بے وفا ئی کی کر تے ہیں کہ عو رت بے وفا ئی کی صو رت کب اختیا ر کر تی ہے۔اور جب تک بیٹی،بہن اور ما ں کے روپ میں ہوتی ہے تب تک تو با وفا ہی رہتی ہے۔لیکن جب وہ ایک بیوی کا کر دار ادا کر تی ہے جب بھی وہ با وفا رہتی ہے اگر ان کے رشتے میں محبت،عزت اور اعتما د قا ئم رہے۔کیو نکہ جب تک ان کے در میا ن اعتما د اور بھر و سہ قائم تب تک تو ان کارشتہ مستحکم اور مضبو ط رہتا ہے۔لیکن جب عورت پر کیا ہوا بھروسہ کمزور پڑنے لگتا ہے تو تب بے وفا ئی جنم لیتی ہے۔عور ت تب بے وفائی کی راہ اختیارکرتی ہے جب اسکی طبیعت میں لالچ آجائے یا کوئی ایسی شخصیت اسکی زندگی میں آجائے جس سے وہ متاثر ہونے لگے۔

               جب عورت بے وفا ہوجا تی ہے تب وہ صرف اپنے مفاد کے لیے سو چتی ہے اسکواپنے شوہر کی محبت،عزت اور اسکی ذمہ داریوں کی کوئی پرواہ نہیں ہوتی اور نہ ہی اپنے بچوں کے مستقبل کی کوئی فکرہوتی ہے۔وہ صرف اپنی خواہشات کو پو را کرنے کے بارے میں سوچتی ہے۔جس کے لیے پھر وہ ہر ممکن کوشش بھی کر تی ہے۔عورت کی بے وفائی کی ایک وجہ یہ بھی ہے کہ اسکے شوہر کی دلچسپی اس میں با قی نہیں رہتی اور وہ مایوس ہو کر بے وفائی کی صورت اختیا ر کر لیتی ہے۔عورت عام طور پر بے وفا ئی دوسرے مرد کی وجہ سے کر تی ہے، اسکے دل میں شوہر کی محبت با قی نہیں رہتی کیونکہ وہ دوسرے مرد کی محبت میں گرفتار ہوچکی ہو تی ہے پھراسکو اپنے شوہر کی ہر صحیح بات بھی غلط نظر آ رہی ہوتی ہے کیونکہ وہ اپنے شوہر سے آزادی حاصل کرنا چاہتی ہے تاکہ اپنے من پسند طریقے سے نئی زندگی کا آغا ز کرسکے۔

             اگرعورت اپنے گھر کو قا ئم رکھنا چا ہتی ہے تو بے وفا ئی کرنا اسکی فطرت میں کبھی شامل نہیں ہوسکتی۔عورت کوئی بھی ہورشتوں میں ملاوٹ پسند نہیں کرتی وہ جس سے بھی پیار کرے اسکے حرکات کو ہمیشہ نظروں میں رکھتی ہے لڑتی ہے جھگڑتی ہے اپنے ہونے کا احساس دلاتی ہے مگر شراکت کبھی برداشت نہیں کرتی۔ایک با وفا عورت وہ ہوتی ہے جو کتنے ہی مشکل حالات کا سا منا کر رہی ہو،کتنے ہی ظلم و زیادتی کا پہاڑاس پر ٹوٹ رہا ہو لیکن وہ اپنے گھر کو قائم رکھنے کے خا طرسب کچھ برداشت کر تے ہوئے زندگی گزارتی ہے کیونکہ یہ عورت کی فطرت ہے کہ وہ اپنے گھر کو قا ئم رکھنے کے خاطر بہت سی قربانیاں دیتی ہے۔کڑوی باتیں،طعنے طشنے اور تلخ رویے تک سہ جا تی ہے۔مگر جب اسکا ہمسفر ہی اسکونظر اندازکر دے تو وہ اندر سے ٹوٹ جا تی ہے،عورت کا حوصلہ اسکا شریکِ حیات ہی ہوتا ہے۔بیوی اپنے شوہر کی آئینہ دار ہوتی ہے۔اگر شوہر اپنی بیوی کو کہے کہ وہ خوبصورت ہے تو وہ ہر روز نکھرتی جا ئے گی اگر کہے کہ وہ خدمت گزار ہے تو وہ مزید خدمت کرے گی۔اگر شوہر ایسا کرئیگا تو اسطرح بیوی کا اعتماد بڑھے گا لیکن اگر شوہر ہر وقت اپنی بیوی میں خوبیوں کے بجائے خامیاں تلاش کرے گا تو اسطرح وہ اندر سے کھوکھلی ہو جا تی ہے اور اپنے آپ کو تنہا محسوس کرتے ہوئے بے وفائی کی راہ اختیار کرنے لگتی ہے۔

A penurious boy with profound voice

Life is not a bed of roses some are born with a silver spoon and others don’t have access to spoon in their mouth. Muhammad Ibrahim Buledi a poor boy from Jamshoro is also from them who don’t have approach to achieve his goals in which he filled with adroitness, he has noteworthy voice that made me to write some words on him. 

I have seen this boy many times in university singing songs, his heart touching voice pushed me for his interview.

This luminary poor young boy of 14, working at canteen all the day on 200 to 400 daily  wages .As he is the only breadwinner for his entire family. Despite he has great voice (that make him good singer), he is fulfilling his family’s basic need by working as a labor at canteen. Nobody knows the worth of his talent. “If I work on my talent to make it more worthy then who fulfill the craving of my family”, said the atrocious boy sadly. “People don’t realize the worth of anyone’s talent”, Muhammad divulge, his tone doleful. He wanted to change his passion into profession but his family is not getting attention. His father is saying to him that if you don’t work how our family will survive. Ibrahim needs a juncture for to do something for his singing carrier. This young flower is in very puzzling situation one side is his family and other side is, his talent which is going towards in darkness due to burdens on this little boy.

Further he told, he visits his village near Jacobabad annually, he used to join his relatives and then they requesting him to sing a song because they are love to hear his euphonious and melodious voice. He brings joy among the students where he works. Ibrahim is nugget of wisdom; he creates his own poetry and then sings. Friends and relatives apprised about him that he can sing a song of any singer as same as they sing they told that he is singing songs of Attaullah Khan Esakhelwi , Rahet Fateh Ali Khan , Mumtaz Lashari and many more legendary singers same as their voice. He states more, that he never attended any event in university and no any program outside the university.  “If I will be getting any chance to show my talent at any platform I will perform and show my ability that how my talent unique is” proclaimed by little mojo warrior.

Ibrahim want to be superstar in coming time. He intends that higher authorities give him proper attention so he could make his felicitous carrier in commodious way. He showed his desires, that one day he will be high in the sky and he will make his parents proud. One main thing I have seen in his eyes that he is filled with deep aspirations. A young boy living with smile on his face and its feel like he is conquering the bad situation of life and finding out as what will he do to his family to become rise from poor. He was saying that one day my talent will give me high rank in life than all my obstacles and sorrows will dissolve.

If we think then we find out that  being poor is not curse, if we give any chance to poor which is talented as Muhammad Ibrahim,  then he will always remember you in his/her good times. A large trove of virtuosity remains undiscovered due to lake of managements of our authorities; it is their duty to open the training centre for aspiring and ambitious young talent.

The Walkway School (TWS) was started in July 2018 by Umar Shahzaib along with some other humanitarians. Its purpose was to provide the underprivileged kids the life that they can’t afford. He had this in his mind that he along with his team want to contribute towards the betterment of the society also they wanted to work on removing the class differences in our society and this was the very small step towards it.

Umar Shahzaib is a 21-year-old social activist, doing his bachelors from SZABIST Hyderabad. He is Vice President at AIESEC Hyderabad and a blogger at Apoetic journey also he looks after his family business and conducts motivational sessions for students.

Starting a school at this young age was a big deal. It got harder as he was having no friends since the start and there was no one to support him. Being raised in a strict family, his parents didn’t even approve of his decision to start that project because they thought it was just a waste of time. At that time it was his own decision to take this huge step and without any sustenance it’s harder to make conclusions like this. “Being in Hyderabad and having strict parents, I have even lied for going out so I can work for my passion”

He got mocked a lot when he started it. He was accused by people that this is going to be some strategy to talk to girls and was mocked as harasser as well by few. Umar was facing depression before the startup and he thought he will get busy and won’t get time to think much about himself. After such abhorrence he got into severe depression, more distressed than the usual and literally couldn’t sleep and he lost all his hopes.

In the beginning, when they started it in a park he was mocked by many and accused of just doing it for fake publicity. They started with 2 students at that time.  Later after 6 months they shifted it into a rented flat and it’s been 18months TWS is running and now People praise them. TWS currently has a good amount of underprivileged students register. He further said “I was a part of many social events before that but never felt like I was doing justice with society but after this initiative, I felt I have achieved something”

The walk away school was shortlisted as the top 15 social enterprises of Pakistan by the United Nations Development Program. “This reminded me about how we started it just by sitting in a garden and when a poor little girl came up for begging at that moment me along with my friends decided to take a step for the betterment of society and to give her a hope to become a better citizen”

Later Umar Shahzaib joined AIESEC and his journey took a huge turn. After 1.5years in AIESEC, he got promoted as VICE PRESIDENT at AIESEC in Hyderabad. He joined AIESEC as a broken human and an introvert and a person who had no friends and there he met some people who never judged him for who he was. They appreciated his existence and He found friends like family. So he decided to work hard there as it is an International youth lead organization and he had this in his mind that this will help him gain skills and strengthen his resume so he worked harder. He said, “Now I am Vice President of Human Resource at AIESEC in Hyderabad and I feel that I am on my way to achieving my goal to be an influential person”

Umar Shahzaib started writing officially in June 2019. He said about blogging “I couldn’t speak my heart out to anyone and that burdened me a lot. I used to cry and have breakdowns and I always had a passion to write since the start and wanted to be known as an influential human since the start so I started to write my heart out to ease myself”. His writing pieces are very helpful to an aware society for certain situations and he also shares his certain experiences so people can get an idea of how to overcome things. His well-known poetry ‘Haalat E Mulk’ which was recited and composed by himself was highlighting the main issue of rape and injustice with young girls.

“I always wanted to be an inspiration for youth and I started it from entering in MUNs (model united nations) circuit while doing my O-levels. It was in 2017 when I started working in FPS for Social responsibility”

Umar started an organization named Healing Hands Foundation along with some family friends in January 2018 left it in June 2018. In July 2018 he started ‘The Walkway School. Currently, he is not in the team of TWS but he was one of the initiators and the one who had this idea and wanted a team to initiate it. Although he still takes part in different social activities happening around.

Currently, Umar Shahzaib is working on a school in his village Chambar, district Tando Allahyar. He always tries to motivate students to “get involved in such activities because degrees and studies can be boring sometimes and extracurricular activities will enhance your skills and make your links with different people”.

He does motivate youth to utilize their time in something that helps them in their career and future, contribute to the betterment of society and people around. He has participated as a speaker in various motivational seminars and he usually helps other depressed people deal with their depression and always builds something of your own, own any skill of yours which will help you in the future. Recently, he said in his speech in a motivational seminar that “you people should always be focused on your dream and don’t believe that your father’s earnings are yours or you are also a part of his achievement. This will always make you weaker and dependent”.

The Walkway School (TWS) was started in July 2018 by Umar Shahzaib along with some other humanitarians. Its purpose was to provide the underprivileged kids the life that they can’t afford. He had this in his mind that he along with his team want to contribute towards the betterment of the society also they wanted to work on removing the class differences in our society and this was the very small step towards it.

Umar Shahzaib is a 21-year-old social activist, doing his bachelors from SZABIST Hyderabad. He is Vice President at AIESEC Hyderabad and a blogger at Apoetic journey also he looks after his family business and conducts motivational sessions for students.

Starting a school at this young age was a big deal. It got harder as he was having no friends since the start and there was no one to support him. Being raised in a strict family, his parents didn’t even approve of his decision to start that project because they thought it was just a waste of time. At that time it was his own decision to take this huge step and without any sustenance it’s harder to make conclusions like this. “Being in Hyderabad and having strict parents, I have even lied for going out so I can work for my passion”

He got mocked a lot when he started it. He was accused by people that this is going to be some strategy to talk to girls and was mocked as harasser as well by few. Umar was facing depression before the startup and he thought he will get busy and won’t get time to think much about himself. After such abhorrence he got into severe depression, more distressed than the usual and literally couldn’t sleep and he lost all his hopes.

In the beginning, when they started it in a park he was mocked by many and accused of just doing it for fake publicity. They started with 2 students at that time.  Later after 6 months they shifted it into a rented flat and it’s been 18months TWS is running and now People praise them. TWS currently has a good amount of underprivileged students register. He further said “I was a part of many social events before that but never felt like I was doing justice with society but after this initiative, I felt I have achieved something”

The walk away school was shortlisted as the top 15 social enterprises of Pakistan by the United Nations Development Program. “This reminded me about how we started it just by sitting in a garden and when a poor little girl came up for begging at that moment me along with my friends decided to take a step for the betterment of society and to give her a hope to become a better citizen”

Later Umar Shahzaib joined AIESEC and his journey took a huge turn. After 1.5years in AIESEC, he got promoted as VICE PRESIDENT at AIESEC in Hyderabad. He joined AIESEC as a broken human and an introvert and a person who had no friends and there he met some people who never judged him for who he was. They appreciated his existence and He found friends like family. So he decided to work hard there as it is an International youth lead organization and he had this in his mind that this will help him gain skills and strengthen his resume so he worked harder. He said, “Now I am Vice President of Human Resource at AIESEC in Hyderabad and I feel that I am on my way to achieving my goal to be an influential person”

Umar Shahzaib started writing officially in June 2019. He said about blogging “I couldn’t speak my heart out to anyone and that burdened me a lot. I used to cry and have breakdowns and I always had a passion to write since the start and wanted to be known as an influential human since the start so I started to write my heart out to ease myself”. His writing pieces are very helpful to an aware society for certain situations and he also shares his certain experiences so people can get an idea of how to overcome things. His well-known poetry ‘Haalat E Mulk’ which was recited and composed by himself was highlighting the main issue of rape and injustice with young girls.

“I always wanted to be an inspiration for youth and I started it from entering in MUNs (model united nations) circuit while doing my O-levels. It was in 2017 when I started working in FPS for Social responsibility”

Umar started an organization named Healing Hands Foundation along with some family friends in January 2018 left it in June 2018. In July 2018 he started ‘The Walkway School. Currently, he is not in the team of TWS but he was one of the initiators and the one who had this idea and wanted a team to initiate it. Although he still takes part in different social activities happening around.
