Suicide- An Attempt to End Miseries

Nowadays suicide is like an option to every human problem. One thinks that committing suicide will end his miseries and will bring peace to everyone around him. Feeling suicidal mostly happens when one doesn’t see any solution to the on-going problems in life.
According to the report of WHO (World Health Organization) in every 40 seconds, an individual ends his life which makes the total of 800,000 or close per year around the world. There can be slight possibility of more than 20 or so trying to attempt suicides. In the report of organization (WHO) suicide rate has increased 60% in last 45 years.
Going further, if we narrow it down to our country Pakistan, a recent report by Human Rights Commission, 1338 people committed suicide in 2018, the majority of were men (786), while women were 553 in number. It was the latest research; the ratio of last year is still not confirmed.
With all these happenings in the world, only one question remains intact that why would someone do this? What makes them do this horrible act to leave everything behind them, their work, relations and most of all a chance to make life better than before? What can be so horrifying that one chooses to die rather than solves it?
There can be many reasons to do this act and justify it, but mentioned in many different sites, article, surveys and reports; some people dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, loneliness and mainly feeling helpless commit suicide.
Mostly, depression happens if someone faces death of a close person or an end of any relationship, this is a stage, where one doesn’t know what to do or cope up with the situations. They get loaded up with the feelings of sadness and hurt, and these feelings hover over the senses to think with a proper mind-set.
Second, is anxiety, it is more likely to happen when one is suffering from stress or fear, which is likely to happen, when someone is facing financial problems and don’t know how to look after his family financially, job loss and unemployment.
Loneliness is the third reason, one often feels alone and isolated, when he is bullied in public or in academic  institutes, body shamed or humiliated about every little thing and in getting rid of all this, does commit suicide which is just an impulsive act to end all of this.
Forth is helplessness, which is very common in our society, one has this feelings that nothing can be done to solve any problem. These feelings usually come when one is arrested on false accusation or have an academic pressure.
But not all of them want to die; some of them want to live and see a new sunrise with a new start but just don’t know who to reach out for help or comfort, some of them just think themselves nothing more than a burden to their family and friends, and they find death an ultimate solution for everything.
Like a recent case of suicide in Qasimabad Hyderabad, a 22 year old boy named Hamza hung himself and died because of domestic issue, and a well known face, designer Anam Tanoli, aged 26 killed her by hanging from the ceiling in October, 2018.
Almost every reason to commit suicide is mentioned above but, the non-obvious reason which we all fail to notice, is that these people try to find support in every possible thing around them but don’t get any. And we as an audience don’t know how to handle and behave in front of these people, thus they don’t get any type of support. This eventually hurt them to this extent that they try to commit suicide.
There are many other cases, but the question is until when? It is on the government to make institutes, introduce suicide prevention ways and give class to both depressed person for stress-relieve and people around them that how should they handle things with these people. It is our responsibility as human beings to care about people around us. See if they need any help, do they need a shoulder to rely on? There should be support groups for these people to discuss their problems and activities to release their stress and see a world with positive mind-set.

With all these happenings in the world, only one question remains intact that why would someone do this? There can be many reasons to do this act and justify it, but some people dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, loneliness and mainly feeling helpless commit suicide, but some of them do this because either it is their impulsive act or they made a huge mistake, and other people don’t know how to get help, or think themselves as a burden. (Experts reports research etc attribution bcz this is not otherwise ur subject)

Lack of support system is main cuase
