In 2016 during his teaching assistant tenure he applied for lectureship in same university and got 1st position in written Exams and interviews as well and got appointed as a lecturer in English department, where currently he is rendering his services. Because he himself came from a poor background and had to face various difficulties, he is always supportive to his students and other people, teaches his students free of cost in his leisure time, provides valuable suggestion to those who look towards him for bright future he is financially supporting young kids from his village as he is fully aware of their circumstances. He also arranges “Mach Kachehri” for his students every year.
